Refund Policy

Deuglo Infosystem Private Limited (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates the https://www.deuglo.com website or any mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”).

This page informs you of our policies regarding the refunds for the Services.

Definitions

• Service: Service means the https://www.deuglo.com website or any mobile application operated by Deuglo Infosystem Private Limited.
• Client: Client means the Service seeker who purchased the Services from Deuglo Infosystem Private Limited.

No Refund Policy

As the nature of our services are digital services and there is no way we can reuse the same services for another client, so in the event of the termination of the Service, no portion of any payments of any kind whatsoever previously paid to Deuglo will be refunded until unless agreed within the Agreement/contracts signed during commencement of the Services or mentioned in the Quotation/Proposal sent to the Client. There might be a certain cases during which refunds can be provided to client.

Refunds Permitted

In certain cases and within certain limits, a partial amount may be refunded depending on the below situations.

• If the Client asked for refund within 3 days of the initiation of the first payment. And if the work has not yet started, then 25% of the total amount will be deducted as a processing fee along with any Taxes, surcharge or any third party cost spent on the Services and the balance amount will be refunded to the Client.
• If the Client asked for refund within 3 days of the initiation of the first payment. And if the work has already started, then 50% of the total amount will be deducted as a processing fee along with any Taxes, surcharge or any third party cost spent on the Services and the balance amount will be refunded to the Client.
• No refund will be permitted after 3 days of the initiation of the first payment.
• Refunds are paid by NEFT only. It takes 4 to 6 weeks for a refund to be issued.
